appearance a mutt of some kind, canid despite the mutations. hairless, pink-skinned and pearly on the surface as though covered by old scars. large, beady eyes move independently of one another, and there are far too many teeth in her mouth, of every size and shape, to call normal. a yellowish mold coats her paw pads in thick slime. rather than donned with a pelt, she is matted with thick piles of kelp, aquatic weeds. varieties include but are not limited to various patches of algae, fanwort, maiden's hair, and bladderwort. upon her face is a fan of dark markings, spreading out from the eyes like black butterfly wings. they appear to fade away, occasionally, and reappear like the tide.
