    boots was fixing his bed when the pain hit him. a scream left him as the shaved ice feline collapsed into the bed. he felt like he was dying and he would feel that for hours to come. but, when it was all over, he lay curled about six little kits. his six little kits. kits he made with sherbet, his love. these were living proof of their love and he was thrilled.

welcome to the world~ he spoke in a soothing sing song tone. lowering his head to eye the litter with as much love as he can. sherbet~ he sang the name loudly. hoping the other would come and meet their new kits.
