What is this?

Snowbound is somewhat of a merchant group, and as such, they have a business system! Everybody is allowed to create one (1) shop and run it, and offer anything that they want so long as it complies with BoB's rules. Snowbound has no official currency and rather accepts payment in the form of prey and herbs.

Shops will be listed below, and any type of shop is allowed so long as it follows BoB's rules!

[font=georgia]What are 'Flea Markets'?

In Snowbound, Flea Markets are a once-a-month event where we open our shops to all allies and neutrals around BoB! Since Snowbound doesn't have any currency, visitors are expected to pay in prey and herbs, just like Snowbounders. Your shop does not have to be included in the flea market, and you can state so in the form below.

[font=georgia]So why doesn't Snowbound have currency?

The reason Snowbound doesn't have currency is because there is no need for it here, and since our territory is based in a tundra, it makes sense that prey and herbs are hard to find, especially in winter months. So Snowbound accepts prey and herbs as payment to help keep things stocked around here!

Here you can apply to create a business in Snowbound to sell ic accessories in exchange for ic currency, Syamine. You can also see businesses' most recent selling threads and what businesses currently exist with general descriptions. There are also a few rules listed here for current business owners to follow to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone involved.

Rules for business owners:

1.) Your business must have a new selling thread at least every other week. If this isn't met, you'll be given a warning. If a thread still isn't up a week later, it'll be assumed the business is inactive unless otherwise stated and it will be deleted from the roster.
2.) You can't have the same type of business as one that's already existing. For example, there can't be two bakeries or two clothing shops selling the exact same thing. However, there could be an Italian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant because they sell similar things but have different items. As long as there's very little to no overlap in what's being sold, your business is good to go. If you aren't sure if this applies to you, feel free to ask on this thread before submitting your application.
3.) Make sure that any items you sell are within BoB's site rules (such as only stone age weapons).
