Basically, what happened was originally, was that she was deeply in love with an old classmate of hers that she knew in her past life, named Tokoyami. Sadly, he didn't feel the same, and after the torture and brainwashing she was forced to go through by Strykker, every last bit of sanity that she had in her, disappeared.
She went to the Typhoon to confess her love to Tokoyami, and he rejected her, much to her own dismay. What started out as an innocent confession, soon turned into murder as Tsuyu attacked Tokoyami, strangling him to death, with the last words she spoke to him being; "If I can't have you, then nobody can!"
After murdering her first love, Tsuyu then went on to join the Pitt, where she became a loyal slave to Strykker, often times obsessing over him, making him out to be some kind of God.
This is where your character comes in. Tsuyu is extremely unstable, and when she meets your character, your character can either choose to slowly fall in love with her despite her flaws, or fall in love with her appearance or affections she gives constantly.
Or, your character can show affections to her, however small, and she could latch onto your character and become obsessed, clingy, and totally toxic in behavior. She tends to worship the ones she loves/likes/admires, and that obsession will, and can turn into a yandere-like relationship where she gets jealous when anyone, and I mean anyone, talks to her love.
There can be many other ways that Tsuyu falls for your character or your character falls for Tsuyu, and it can either be short-term or long-term, it's really your choice. But please be wary that Tsuyu isn't stable enough to maintain a positive aspect on everything in a relationship, and she will abuse her partner. I would prefer if your character is also a manipulative criminal and they can feed off of each other, but I'm down for Tsuyu ruining innocent characters.
