air elementals

heyy so i got the air elemental for one of my characters and i have 2 questions abt it??

1. is there a specific weight limit?? bc i've seen people say that u can make wingless dragons fly with it but i wanted to be sure
2. can u kind of use it like telekinesis with things that aren't too big/heavy?? my char wears this scarf and i was hoping he cld manipulate it with his elemental

1) there's not a specific weight limit, no! using it to make wingless dragons fly is absolutely allowed, but things like lifting a 500 pound rock to crush their enemies is not (although that wouldn't be allowed regardless as it'd bypass the limitation placed on earth elementals lol)
