Position(s) you are interested in: Soothsayer of the Typhoon
Potential plots/ideas:
- Trade as a Necessity for Healing Supplies: Rosemary has a history of going to neutrals and allies for healing trade! She’s done this with Palm Glades, Frostblown, and Tanglewoods, including when Palm Glades wasn’t a boarded group. This is a great way to get other groups involved with the Typhoon, as well as give allied groups a way to interact with the Typhoon. This also adds a touch of realism, because not all herbal plants grow in every biome!
- Pro-Alliances: Despite acting like a hermit, Rosemary thinks the more allies the Typhoon has, the better off the pirates are. She would like to see Tanglewoods become an ally once again. However, she would also not be opposed to an alliance with the CotC—yup, she’s a weird one.
- Tarot Card Readings (and the Future): Rosemary does tarot card readings for the Typhoon’s members, though she could also be persuaded to do them for members of other groups! I alway thought it’d be hilarious if an enemy group captured her thinking she can legit see the future, but they ask for a Tarot Reading and she’s like “wtf really you should’ve just asked.”
Why would your character's position be beneficial for their group and what do you offer to the group as a whole?:
- Adviser with no interest in Leadership: Rosemary has never been interested in being promoted to quartermaster or, even worse, captain. This means she’s not interested in personal glory or trying to one-up other hps; she consistently puts her group first, though whether she’s correct in her judgement… well, she’s been wrong before.
- IC HP Experience: Rosemary Roux has been a healer in the Typhoon since Captain Pincher’s reign. During that time, she’s been an on-again off-again sage or soothsayer, depending on my own activity and interest. When as a soothsayer, Rosemary is always willing to trade for healing resources, to teach other characters healing, and (obviously) heal any pirate or their allies. Her approach to picking sages is simply to watch for interested individuals, give them resources to learn, and watch to see if they step up; I’ve learned this is one of the best ways to select healer hp characters without causing a weird “exclusive club” vibe in the healing team.
- OOC HP Experience and Plotting: I’ve played several HPs in the past on Bob (notably Ninazu, Rosemary, and Vale) and am experienced in throwing a multitude of plots at the wall to see what sticks.

Potential plots/ideas:
- Ninazu's main character arc over the next month or so will be grieving Stryker and reforging her family bonds, as well as friendships within the CotC. Since she was dead during the timeskip and came back recently, Stryker's death is raw. Even so, she's proud of Romulus rising to leadership and will support him.
Why would your character's position be beneficial for their group and what do you offer to the group as a whole?:
- Ninazu herself is experienced at a wide variety of HP positions, including: healer, vice-leader, and leader. She's adaptable for most roles, but has a decreasingly level of interest in healing (being around sick people all the time irritates her) and leadership (long-term plans and administration is boring). A spy role would be a new challenge that won't bore her.
- Fucking around and finding out. Basically this but in various parrot bodies or such, causing chaos everywhere. Is she a stealthy spy? No. Is she going to bother everyone until she learns what she wants to know? Yes. Flocks of parrots pooping on the border while she trades things without acknowledging her parrot flock. IDK, I'll figure it out. But it'll be wild.

Potential plots/ideas: it really depends on how cotc develops, but during the 2 years timeskip she's gone on a insanity rampage with no social interaction, and she really enjoyed it, so i'm planning to bring a little bit of that back, and who wouldn't love to see a hp freak out over the tiniest somethings? definidely would love some sudden prompts caused by one of the voices in her mind telling her something else, and if she lands an hp i plan on making her stray towards the "letting power get to her head" path, and maybe someone can help get her away from it.
Why would your character's position be beneficial for their group and what do you offer to the group as a whole?: inferno's a bright mind and a carefree spirit who is nearly clinically insane to the point that she has concerts in her head. she brings someone that's curious yet quick to anger, and would help move the coalition further with her interesting personality.

Why would your character's position be beneficial for their group and what do you offer to the group as a whole?: Corrupttimelines has been alive for a long time. He understands how the world works and respects authority highly. He is a pacifist in nature, and thus would avoid any unnecessary conflict. He is great at deescalating situations.

I have lead several groups in my time of roleplaying, and I have held several HPs outside of that. I am able to be extremely active because I do not have a job right now. I feel like I would be able to do marvelous things if given the chance.

Why would your character's position be beneficial for their group and what do you offer to the group as a whole?: shinigami is an excellently ambitious female. she wants to be the best of the very best and work with some dignity. she believes in doing good for the world, even if her methods aren’t conventional. not to mention, her intelligent nature allows her to come up with many ideas quickly.
