DevilDog's jaw twitched as Icarus spoke, then lifted in a silent snarl as Kiara dared to shove past him. He was piecing the puzzle together, and he didn't need anyone getting in the way. That familiar stench, the latin.. If he had eyes, his brows would have furrowed in realization. He just stomped his paw onto the marshy ground, lower jaw clicking as it started to part down the middle. "Demon's Blood.... With all due respect, girlie, you're not qualified to deal with this." He rumbled, stepping back in front of her to speak to Icarus.

"Desine hoc. Icarus es Tanglewood." He growled, tail low. He took a step forward, lowering his head and snorting. "desinas oportet." He whispered, voice soft.

The demon snarled at Kiara, ears flattened against his skull. His tail lashed behind him, claws digging deeper into the earth below him. His gaze drifted from the female back towards Devildog, watching as the canine drew closer to him.

He lunged at Devildog then, teeth lashing at the air beside his head but never actually aiming to hurt him despite how it seemed. “Non sum Icarus, ego sum diabolus malorum tuorum”
