supergirl powers?

okay so like
the supergirl tv show is my everything in life
and kara is my queen
and i just wanted to see what shop powers/abilities i'd have to purchase to closest mirror her abilities? obviously she wouldn't be kryptonian (i think i read somewhere aliens aren't allowed?), her abilities would be attributed to mutations, but i'd love to play a character with her same quirky/awkwardness, who just kind of tries to cope with abilities on the sidelines
anyways,,, the powers as a whole confuse me, and i'm not sure which, if any, would apply to the heat vision/freeze breath/flying/bulletproof/etc. that she has? even if it isn't exactly the same, just something... similar? i dunno

ahh ive never seen supergirl so if there's a specific ability you're curious about just lmk!!

- heat vision would be fine as a mutation, and i'd say it'd be fine to be togglable?
- freeze breath would be a very,, downplayed version, you wouldn't be able to completely freeze someone over but water elementals would work for that
- flying can either be achieved with wings or air elementals
- bulletproof would be too op for either main game

- enhanced speed and strength is a no
- x-ray/telescopic/microscopic/heat vision is debatable, as i think i would like to discuss these ones as staff. (they provide a significant advantage, unlike the majority of mutations. mutations should be purely on the natural side of things.)
- super hearing isn't one
