question about secondary body in human world??

so i have this character idea, she's like a modern day witch
except her second body would be a harpy, like the crow and the harpy eagle she takes care of
but im looking at the options for mythological creature bodies and it says no human qualities
is there a way i can pull off having a human's second body be a harpy?

Uhh not staff but I feel like having a mythological creature with human qualities in human rp wouldn't be a big deal? Bc at least I know in the past there've been people that have had mermaids/sirens who are mythological creatures technically but are half humans so I would assume it's alright? I'd probably wait for a staff answer tho.

she would wear more than that, and the wings would almost be like a wyvern- as in the talons at the bend, but she would still appear with feathers

Staff decided that this can just be through mutations as it's similar to vampires/elves being made. Technically it's still human base but with modifications to make it a harpy.

would flight be possible? or would I have to use air manipulation to achieve flight?

As of right now, you need no item to make them fly. Though since the question has been brought up, I may discuss it since it's a pressing question when it comes to human RP.
