He did not know who attacked his beloved. Who hurt him. Was it that lion or someone else? Boots could care less as he paced the room. He was shaking with anger. Who wouldn't be? His eyes darting left and right as he stalked all over. He was slowly feeling the anger bubble over and he shifted in that moment. Whirling to lash out at a table, his now large paw flipping it easily.
His paw was white as snow and he slammed it on the ground. Claws sinking into the wooden floor. He stood there with eyes like fire burning into the nothingness around him. Sherbet was safe and healing with the medics of his home. That gave him time to stew in his thoughts alone.
He was oblivious to the fact he was now a large lion with a rainbow main and tail tuft. That he was not himself. That he was so angry he was ready to fight. To kill. He wanted vengeance. He wanted blood.
