oo boy im a bit nervous about this, but let's bring this back from the dead

firstly, about morgan, i'd figure the air would be too dry to pull enough water molecules to provide substantial water, and from what i've heard from staff, there will be a limit to water elementals and other powers soon, so while morgan will be essential in helping out, it'd be impossible to keep an entire community hydrated without causing serious stress on him. and the same with controlling wildfires, it would take too much effort to fully contain a wildfire. besides, one major problem on ff was that entire plots could be solved by overpowered abilities, and when i asked staff, they confirmed that water elementals would be limited during a drought. regarding the point that everyone's characters are not normal animals, they are still part of a story, and every story needs some conflict to keep it engaging.

with that out of the way, i assume y'all still would like to go through with this? tangle needs a boost and some events, and after the lunar festival, we can get this underway hopefully.

sounds cool to me then - i'm just hoping for the power guide soon since i don't wanna overstep boundaries with what morgan can and can't do, ykyk

as long as powers and abilities are limited in some form to where a drought presents a real danger, i'm totally fine with the plot since that more or less knocks out the problems i had with it before
