    Welcome to the envoy program for the Typhoon and it's allies. Here, one can volunteer their character to become the envoy (ambassador/messenger) for any allies that are currently tied with the Typhoon. Feel free to just state your interest in becoming one and make sure to check on allies on every other Saturday/Sunday if possible as well as making events.
