Kathizisi ~ Siberian Husky ~ The Pitt
OOC:Fair warning, there might be some wounds and blood mention. It's also open to replies!
IC:A Blooding! Something that everyone in the Pitt does in their life time. Kathizisi decided it was time that she did her Blooding. She wanted to be a full member and wanted to do something since she was going crazy since she was bored. She thought that she was ready and decided that today was time.
Kathizisi wondered out of the camp and headed into the desert for her Blooding. She knew it would be hard, but she wanted to prove that she was worthy of being a full member of The Pitt. She wondered around looking for a place to make a shelter for the night, so she could start gethering food and looking for a some source of water. She knew that if she was going to be in fighting shape that she would need food and water, but she also knew that she need a few bones.
After walking around for a few hours, Kathizisi found an area that was shaded at certian times of day and decided that would be her home for the time being. Now having shelter, Kathizisi started looking for food and water so she wouldn't die out here. Kathizisi walked around carefully and quietly, she didn't want to make anything attack her or run off. She soon came across an small animal that looked like it was eating. Carefully Kathizisi crouched and got ready to pounce on the creature so that she would have food. After getting food she needed she headed back to her camp that she had set up. Now that she had food, she just needed water and then she could look for an animal that she could take down and take it's bones. After walking for about twenty minutes, Kathizisi found a source of water and took a drink. Now heading back to her camp for the night.
The next day brought heat and Kathizisi knew it would be a challenge that she was up for. She walked very quietly before finding a large animal hunting for food. She smiled knowing that this was her chance to get the bones. She careful, but queitly jumped at the large animal, which happened to be a large cat and attack it. Kathizisi fought against the cat before finally being able to hit it's neck with her teeth, killing it. During the fight, Kathizisi back right leg was injuried and bleeding, but that didn't stop her from skinning the animal. As she worked, she spotted a few leaves, she quickly grabbed a few and made a bag to carry the bones back. Once she had what she need, she careful put the skull, a few ribs, and a few teeth in the bag. She sat there for a moment before deciding to eat some of the meat. She was ready to be back in the camp to give out more nicknames to her fellow Pittians. Seeing that her back leg was still bleeding, she grabbed another leaf and tied around the injury before making her way back home.
She limped as she walked, mostly from pain. She had the bag of bones in her mouth. She kept an eye out as she walked not wanting to be attack. But since the sun was coming close to setting on her, Kathizisi found a place for her to rest for the night. She would make the journey home in the morning and she would be happy to be back. As the night went on Kathizisi didn't fall into a deep sleep, she had to keep her ears open in case anything happened. Once day light hit, Kathizisi got up and carefully stretched before picking up her bag of bones and head home.
Four hours pasted as Kathizisi finally saw the camp up head. As she entered the camp she smiled and proudly said for everyone to hear. "I'm back from my Blooding!" Kathizisis said happily as she stopped inside of camp. "I have what I need, where can I take it." She asked happy to be home.
