the beach was her only hope to escape the funk she was now in. her friends and family all busy. sol was missing. she was just not sure where else to turn. so, she stepped out of the home she shared with saturn and byriath. stepping into the sun and blinking. she was trying so hard not to cry.

so, she would move swiftly. eyes on the earth and not where she was going as she almost sprinted towards the beach. little paws thumping the earth as she moved along. it was easy to see how she didn't see the other. the little mutated fox would look up in time to avoid hitting the other with her horn. butterfly wings twitching in shock.

sorry.. she choked on the word as she looked up. ears folding back as she looked ready to cry even more so now. this was not how she expected her day to go. she almost walked into someone. that would have just ruined what little fiber of control she had left on her emotions.
