A stiff nod was aimed in Zuriela's direction as she piped up happily. How nice. The lion was pleased by her determination, but had others to attend to. His head turned in a different direction, spotting a familiar face that he hadn't seen in quite awhile. A small frown pulled onto his lips. Sojourn had came back from the dead, but had not appeared for quite awhile, to his own dismay and presumably their adopted child's. When he would rebuild a statue in their honor, the lion would surely be disappointed in their rise and fall.
Clearing the thought from his mind, he tried to redirect. A task could take both of their minds off things. "Inferno, a pleasure to see you again," the lion rumbled. "Would you be able to gather some wildlife for the area?" Small animals, like squirrels and weasels, would do. The destruction of the area scared many off, but they had slowly been returning. "Alive please."
