    vio had no idea where chern had been. it had been a bit sence she graced him with her preasence. he had checked her nest, but she was not there and thus he returned home. he was curled at the river bottom, which barely hid him. the hooting was the only thing to stir him that afternoon. eyes snapping open, he blew bubbles.

a signal to her that he was coming up. his head raising up from the water as he swam to the shore. slithering up onto the shore. eyes falling on her kill and a look of awe in his eyes. it was a massive meal, that was for sure. impressive catch. he praised as he gazed at her face. her missing eye making that anger boil in his stomach again.

not that he would say it. he still found her beautiful. powerful. but he wanted that dragons family to suffer. yet, he refrained from saying that.
