The male didn't k ow much about the group or what they could offer. Nor did he know what they had recently done. Not that he would care, really. They hadn't harmed the Pitt and thus were perfect for a neutrality. The Councilman listened in total silence until he was asked a question. He learned that weapons would be useful. He was not worried about the finer details for now. He just noted it mentally.
