Character biography/description:
Lucia is a lynx x rabbit hybrid. She has a number of mutations, including venomous fangs full of neurotoxins, which might explain her neon blue and pink color palette. She is adapted to swim (webbed toes, waterproof coat), but not for the sheer cold of CoG's territory. As such, while she swims every morning and can reliably procure crabs, shellfish, and other seafood, she can only stay in the CoG's water for an hour or less at a time. Otherwise, she risks hypothermia.
Lucia wasn't born in CoG. That much is obvious by her mutations. She was born into the Descendants of the Departed, which explains her mutations for swimming and her ease in the water. While she publicly supports Neandryne, she privately continues believing in Requiem and Vayu. Even as she, herself, understands how this is irrational. However, nobody will ever hear her private beliefs. And there is enough overlap between Requiem's reincarnation and Neandryne's cycles of change that she can be quite convincing and, even, sincere.
Most people in CoG will know Lucia as an excellent hunter for seafood, a helpful set of paws who dislikes conflict, and Monty's girlfriend.
