The word felt as though it hung in the air. His eyes flashed with defiance as he hissed. He cast a glance at the snake, but focused on the dragoness once more. The male opened his maw to hiss back. "You dare call me a worm?" The words were clearly defiant in tone as he eyed her there.

He was done with displays now. Lurching forward the male would attempt to bite onto the females front limb and wrap himself on her like a constrictor would. He would show her a worm.
