Project teased, another deep breath leaving his lips as he shifted to stand ever so closer to Jello. "It hasn't been too cruel to me; I've experienced much since our last union. But... Perhaps that may be for the better. I was young and foolish then, but now..." He paused to think, his lips twisting downwards beneath his mask, humming as he tried to configure his words. "Well, I'm still foolish, however, I'm definitely not as young. Old and foolish?" The captain offered, pausing when Jello curled around herself.
"I... Apologize for being afraid of you. It has been far too long since I had laid eyes on you, since you graced my ears with your voice. I've had dreams of us reuniting again, so this happening is... It's not unwelcome, but unexpected? Am I making sense, Jello?" Project spoke slowly, trying to make sense of his jumbled thoughts, his eye blinking a few times at her before he approached. "I've missed you, my darling dear. I'm exuberated that you're here, and not a hallucination, but you being here is... Simply a lot to deal with, a lot of emotions I am still learning to comprehend at once."
