The kiss had made her face turn a deep red, eyes wide. First: she didn't know that she was still susceptible to blushing. Second: she.. really enjoyed that, she realized, as her stomach danced butterflies. Her ears twitched as Vandal breathed her scent in, which was tinged with dew- almost like she had let the rain brush her pelt earlier.

Her eyes focused on the rune, something that she found interesting. One paw slipped away from Vandal's back, tracing it with one of her toes before dropping her paw. Deldrach herself hadn't had a home for a long, long time. Not a real one, at least. Her home had turned against her when her father grew angry and took total and utter terrifying control. A shiver ran through the muscular Jaglion as she thought about it, only to stray back to the situation at paw.

A small smile, just a trace of one, hits her lips as Vandal laughs, her heart soaring for just that moment. That was something she knew she would easily come to cherish, the sound of that almost relaxed her. She sniffled, raising a paw to wipe at her eyes and nose as Vandal stepped back. Her eyes looked up towards Vandal. "I know you can cook. You need sleep too." Deldrach stood up, her pelt shaking out, before she shrugged, the small hint of a soft smile still on her face.

"I'm sure anything you'll make I'll love." She gently winked, turning around and pulling the sabre from the wall, with a small ching! She looked back towards Vandal, before lowering it to the ground. "Do you still want to know what the blades about, love?"
