[align=center][div style="text-align: justify; width: 45%; font-family: arial; font-size: 11pt; letter-spacing: -1px;"]So I've come up with this idea, for my character Shigaraki to rebuild the group he had once been the leader of in the world he originally was from. It was known as the League Of Villains or Vanguard Action Squad, though he'll refer to it as the Vanguard in this world. He is mainly planning on recreating the group for revenge on the ones who had caused his death who happen to be in this world. Only eight others will be accepted into this plot, as Shigaraki does not want a lot of people involved in this. The only requirement your character must be from a group that is enemies/not allied with Snowbound or the Typhoon- as that's where all of Shigaraki's targets are.
