I know I'm super new so I'm not very familiar with what the titles were like before, but I really like this!! I love the idea of having the titles integrated IC so there's more incentive to actually have them. Maybe there could even be an IC event related to them?? Like maybe there's a tradition or something at the end of every month for those that earned titles throughout the month receive their new beads and/or have time to engrave them? It could also be combined with a themed event, like a general party with other things to do as well but it would basically be a celebration for those that received titles throughout the month.
