POWERS GUIDE AND USES [WIP]

after bouncing a couple ideas back and forth with Orion, he's letting me make a guide for powers and their uses!
i request that you don't post here, please!

this is meant to give players ideas on how they can use their powers creatively or practically, and/or teach them about their capabilities and limits. i'm definitely open to suggestions!
this is a massive WIP, and everything is subject to change. staff can and will change the information here, or add to it as they see fit.

(note that while i will keep the Index updated in alphabetical order, the posts themselves may eventually be out of order, as new powers may come out in the future)
(also note that you are NOT limited to what uses you see listed under each power - if you have an idea that isn't listed, then by all means!)
