Behind Blackfallen hate + the death of his wife:
King Frederick came to power when Kalopsia rise by a democratic vote that was heavily overruled by his in-power friends. At the time, he rose with his significant other by the name of Heather. She, by his side, was his Queen. They, amongst others in power, were seen as loyal to the purpose of serving the country's best interest. Though, this brought significant trouble to the couple. Not only was Frederick no longer focusing on his wife, but also his children, especially during the Blackfallen uprising.

As a result, his security was placed near the rebellions and away from the loyalty. This left him and his wife vulnerable during these times, but he was more content with his people being safe than himself, though he did not consider his loved ones. In the midst of the night, rebelled moved past their reduced amount of guards and into their quarters. Though the children were spared, his wife was not. While Frederick rested next to her, her throat was slashed wide open. Her blood curdling gurgles caused him to awake in a fury of screams, calling for any guards possible. Though, before they arrived, the job was done. Three corpses laid upon the ground. Holes lined their chest and a bloodied knife clattered to the floor within moments of finishing. From that day on, he begun to protect his power and children in hopes that he would never have to experience such loss ever again.
