Their father is completely unknown but their mother was a loner she-cat named Aster who raised them until she passed away of an unknown illness when they were around 7 moons. They were well-loved as children and taught to fend for themselves in the wild, and the siblings probably split up amicably because they were encouraged to explore by their mother before she died. Anything that happened after that is up to you!
