PALMCLAN MASS ADOPTION

— INTRODUCTION

Palmclan is a reclusive and traditional anti-leaning clan lingering within the uncharted territories. Generally, they keep to themselves, and although active, they don't tend to try and cause trouble. A little while ago, the group was unexpectedly attacked by a massive group of rats, which caused massive damage and panic within the group. Although they eventually managed to fight the rats off, they then split the clan into two groups, with one group going to the – unbeknownst to them – abandoned boardwalk on the territory in order to see what startled the rats into mass movement. On this journey, the group that has left became trapped on the boardwalk, and they have been having sporadic encounters with a group of loners that already called the boardwalk their home.

Eventually, these frequent encounters will evolve into a full-on meeting between Rhinestonestar, the leader of Palmclan, and the leader of the boardwalk group. This meeting will eventually end with the boardwalk group leading Palmclan out of the boardwalk and back to their camp, and eventually ending up merged with Palmclan as a whole. As a result of this, the activity and population of the clan will be bolstered, not to mention the fact that Palmclan will eventually take the boardwalk as an official part of their territory. This mass adoption, as a result of this, will include both original gen 1 litters from the boardwalk group, and litters / family directly related to Palmclan.

☆ More litters and slots may be added later! The parent / sibling roleplayers have a right to rehome children that fall extremely inactive.
☆ The boardwalk characters will officially be joining Palmclan on September 13th. However, before then (but after September 7th, when the plot officially begins), you can feel free to have small open threads or introductions for boardwalk characters underneath the Palmclan group prefix.

LITTER #1: RHINESTONE SIBLING:

Parents: NPC (Sprucefleck) x NPC (Otterswirl)
Age: 39 months
Species: Domestic feline (although any bodies are fine)
Relations: This will be the sibling of the current leader of Palmclan, Rhinestonestar. They will also be the sibling to Toadwhisker, a warrior of Palmclan, Redpond, a deceased warrior of Palmclan, and Weepingkit, a kit of Palmclan.
Rules & other: This sibling was lost from Palmclan after the group was hit by a hurricane several months ago, and many of their members were lost to the storm.. Their original name was Branchsong, but they could've changed their name since they were originally swept off. They also could either be a member of the boardwalk group, or their life could've taken a different direction after they were swept up in the hurricane. Please stay in Palmclan with them for at least a month!

LITTER #2: REDPOND'S CHILDREN:

Parents: NPC (Redpond) x NPC
Age: 3 months
Species: Domestic felines
Relations: These are the young children of Redpond, Rhinestonestar's NPC sister. Therefore, these are the nieces and nephews of Rhinestonestar (the current leader of Palmclan) and his siblings, as well as Weepingkit.
Rules & other: Redpond passed away as a result of the hurricane that hit Palmclan a couple of months ago, so these kits will be cared for by Rhinestone and the rest of Palmclan in a communal way. Please stay active in Palmclan with them until they're at least 6 months.

LITTER #3: SUGARSPICE'S BROTHER:

Parents: NPC x NPC
Age: Any
Species: Originally a domestic feline, but may be any species
Relations: This will be the brother of Sugarspice, one of the senior warriors of Palmclan.
Rules & other: Sugarspice's brother cause Sugar to join Palmclan after pulling a prank on her by putting her on a raft and pushing her out to see, expecting her to come back. It is up to the roleplayer whether he directly sought Palmclan out, or was a member of the boardwalk group before they merged with the clan. Either way, he will have been searching for his sister.

LITTER #4: BOARDWALK GROUP LEADER (CLOSED):

Parents: NPC x NPC
Age: Any
Species: Any
Relations: N/A
Rules & other: This character will have been the leader of the boardwalk group before they are eventually merged into Palmclan. They will be a very plot important character, and will be respected in Palmclan even after the merger happens and they lose their position as leader. Please stay in Palmclan and remain active with them for at least a month!

LITTER #5: BOARDWALK DOBERMAN PINSCHERS:

Age: 8 months
Species: Doberman Pinschers
Relations: N/A
Rules & other: These will be some apprentices that join Palmclan in the merger between the boardwalk group and Palmclan. They may have any number of mutations or irregularities. Please remain active with them in Palmclan for at least a month.

LITTER #6: BOARDWALK CARACALS:

Parents: NPC x NPC (adopted by Rhinestonestar)
Age: 4 months
Species: Caracals
Relations: No birth relations, but will be adopted by Rhinestonestar (the current leader of Palmclan) after the groups are merged. Therefore they will be the children of Rhinestone, and the nieces and nephews of Weepingkit and Toadwhisker.
Rules & other: They may have any number of mutations or irregularities. Please remain active with them in Palmclan for at least a month.

LITTER #7: BOARDWALK SPARKLEDOGS (CLOSED):

Parents: NPC x NPC (adopted by Rhinestonestar)
Age: 5 months
Species: German Shepherd
Relations: No birth relations, but will be adopted by Rhinestonestar (the current leader of Palmclan) after the groups are merged. Therefore they will be the children of Rhinestone, and the nieces and nephews of Weepingkit and Toadwhisker.
Rules & other: Although these are technically German shepherds, they are considered "sparkledogs" in that they all have unique coloration and mutations. They are traditionally brightly colored with interesting and complex patterns. Feel free to go as crazy as you want with these kids. Please remain active with them in Palmclan for at least a month.
