Chaz continued to move almost blindly, unaware of those gathering near him, eyes glazed over in something similar to a sleepwalk. His head would move back and forth quickly, gooping tail lashing behind his as he whined, begging for his husband under his breath. He stumbled as a paw landed gently on his back, a pained sound escaping him. His eyes would angle towards Stheno, but not focus, harsh breaths coming out in bursts, "Johnny, where is he? Where's Johnny?" he cried out, stumbling backwards and away from the snake hybrid.
He would shake his head, claws digging into the dirt below him. There was a lull, a pause where it almost seemed like he had finally come to his mind, before he gave a pained cry and began to dig, panting. His paws acted as shovels as he dug aimlessly and frantically downwards. "Johnny, he's down there, he's down there, Johnny Johnny, He's down there," he pants, frantic.
