The heat was, for Arrow, unbearable. Perhaps funny given the fact she was wearing the body of a cheetah, a creature normally known for living in hotter climates, but she was cheating. It wasn't her birth body nor had she ever lived in such a place, she had been in this swamp her entire life, and for her entire life it had always been wet, humid, and shady. In every sense of the word. So the heat was both foreign, unusual, and absolutely kicking her ass.
