[SOJOURN]

After a few days here he was starting to get his bearings of the place. It was strange with even stranger customs. Rather he would follow them or not was yet to be seen but he would humor them if possible. For now he didn't much see a reason to delve into them and become a part of it all. After all he was here on his own terms and not theirs. At least for now. The sound of a crackling fire was what brought him to the area. Eyes seeking out the orange and red hues that reflected off of the cloud mane that always billowed with an unsee and unfelt breeze. His eyes watched it for a moment before he smelled something. A scent that had him looking up and scrutinizing the large dragon that was before him. The smell of alcohol was not new to him and he used to partake in the burning liquid. Even though it had little to no effect on him he felt it something to relax with.

"And what might you be so forlorn about, Cory?" He was curious, the far off expression on his face making him slightly concerned. The lion came closer then and took himself a seat beside the fire. His eyes turned toward the flames once more before he then glanced to the bottles. Personally he liked the darker tones but he wasn't exactly here to drink. He was more here for the sake of company and to understand those he was sharing this place with. "This is a comfortable spot to just be for a little while. Makes me feel all cozy." His voice was a warm hum as he settled his head down on his paws, making sure to shift his blue glowing orb out of the way.
