the little hamster was out and about today. settling in the shadows, the tiny beast would offer no sound. he had a small rodent corpse before him. tiny paws poking and prodding the thing. posing it and giggling a little.

it was weird, sure, but he was playing with his catch. sure he didn't plan to eat the thing. but, he wanted to see how fast the thing went stiff. so, now it was a waiting game.

the voice gained a slow tilt of tiny head. eyes searching the dragon a moment as if gaging their true reaction. the little beast would then offer a small squeak of a hello. "morbid is my life. though my name is not very fitting, it was what i was given. suppose i like the misleading term." he replied cheerfully as the rat carcass was now second on the list of things to focus on.

"i typically eat seeds, but you are welcome to it. i have little use for it. its gone stiff." the tiny beast would grab his staff in paw and three leg hop his way out of the bit range. settling in and simply watching the other. "i guess i will need a fresh corpse for the next round of games, no? just need a new trap.."

was he really going to find a new one? who knew?
