all this guy wants to do is cause trouble right now, believing that making a name for himself will start some fear. with fear comes power, and with power, comes leroy. that’s his plan, at least. sure, he could go out and cause some havoc in person, but that doesn’t stir up fear. what makes people scared is when the conflict is internal.
here’s the deal: leroy visits y/c, chats them up a bit, learns something bad about them, and uses that knowledge as a way of forcing y/c to do something bad, prompting another thread where y/c actually does it. it could range from assault to vandalism, to anything.
only do this if you’re ready to face ic punishment from your peers (that is, if y/c gets caught, if they can convince others that it was leroy’s doing, or that y/c is such a high position, they don’t get punished)
