Tempa (or Tampa) Ryusvlic is an Asiatic Golden Cat, approximately 11 Months of age, and a male. He is the son of a War General from his former War-bound Tribe that has collapsed. He is bisexual and biromantic, but not looking for anyone. He has had only 1 romance partner in the past, a boyfriend named Rione Ishiru. Unfortunately, Rione was killed in the revolt that shattered his tribe.

Tempa is honor-driven and head strong. His family name gave him an edge withihn the tribe, and It's difficult for him to remember that he might not be in that same position. He's prone to be stubborn and rude, as well as harsh and cold. Underneath his seemingly rotten disposition, he is loyal to whoever he deems is worthy, and is loyal to any group he chooses. He tends to be rather Tsundere-ish if he ends up liking someone. He is difficult to befriend, but once you befriend him, it's easy to see that he cares deeply for his circle and is very social within it. He can be competitive to a fault, but he usually reels himself back in.

Tempa is an 11 month-old Asiatic Golden Cat with usual markings for the species, though he has spots of darker oranges on his body. His lower fangs are larger and stick out from his mouth. He also boasts a pair of dark grey horns that have two ends. On his horns are red markings. He has red warpaint on his face and a red target mark painted on his back, which has dark grey spines between the shoulders. He also has a bracelet, a ring, a nose ring, and two ear piercings.
