"i am here to serve" ✭ asmodeus ── noises noises so many noises were assaulting him and so many new smells and new sounds. the male let out more of an angry growl than anything else, choosing to not show fear even upon new scents descending upon him like vultures to dead prey. he couldn't speak, only scream and mewl and point to what he wanted, but he could feel his siblings suckle at his mother's food. having the size advantage over the other two he quickly shoved a sickly-feeling one to the side, taking big gulps from that food source, not even giving a damn if the other died or not. survival of the fittest and by God was he not dying today.

They were still young and they were still ugly. Sojourn showed up, he dipped his head in greeting then at Ravenwood who stood there with a shit-eating grin on his face. Did the wolf really not feel the tension in the air? He looked at Inferno, lifting a brow as she made a comment that Aphra should take care of these cubs better, then finished with the word "ma". He frowned. Aphra didn't seem that happy to see her, snapping at her to piss off, and the panther ran his tongue over his maw. "Aphra... Inferno's your daughter, right?" The long-legged kitten did look kind of like Aphra in a way, but the way the jaguaress treated the kit it seemed like she had a hatred for Inferno. The tension between the two females were rising and he could detect a faint Italian accent in her voice. His tail flicked with interest before stepping in between the pair, choosing to look at Aphra. "You don't have to answer that. Just please, get some rest. I'll go find some food and water for you, okay?"

The war god rumbled from outside the door, peering inside. "Pardon, everyone." he managed his way toward the bristling girls, though his eyes were very clearly on the cubs. You'd better not raise them wrong, ma. So Aphra was a terrible parent? A shame. He huffed, sniffed at the children, before gently trying to nudge AngelEmbrace closer to Aphra's belly. There was very little fear in his eyes as he stepped back, making sure he wasn't going to take up too much room and deciding to sit by the door.

"they flip the siren, hit the lights" ✭ ── Ouch. Upon contact the first real sound out of Angel emerged, a pathetic squeak as he rolled away from the warmth he’d been getting used to again. Kicked directly in his little baby gut by his own brother, welcome to the world, little guy.

Trying to make the crawl back was too much effort with energy he didn’t have, opting instead to squirm weakly where he was. He did feel something in the darkness created because he couldn’t open his eyes yet, mewling quietly in surprise and putting his little baby paws on Byriath’s own paw as he was pushed back, which of course easily slipped off when the guy moved away to stand by the door. Angel curled back up into the warmth of his mother, blissfully unaware that she had just scoffed at this arrival, and definitely unaware at the warning Inferno posed about the source of food and body heat that he relied on.

And just for itty bitty revenge, Angel used what little energy he’d conserved from being pushed closer rather than moving on his own, [i]and aimed to smack at Asmodeus and catch the skin with his little prickly baby claws. Learn your manners, brother dear.

"i am here to serve" ✭ asmodeus ── he was happily suckling along when someone pushed his baby brother closer to him. asmodeus wrinkled his nose before feeling a light bat aimed in his direction. he had been feeding the longest so naturally he was the strongest and there was no way he was going to let the weakling think he could step over asmodeus like that. he grunted for effect before kicking out with his hind legs, aiming for angel's face. serves you right.

Jesus Christ, this was a mess, wasn't it? Seeing as Jormungand seemed to have the Inferno situation handled, Aphra choose to focus on the mini-fight that was breaking out between two of her sons. She groaned. Figures I'd have a lively litter. Although it was good to note that the runt of the litter was slowly gaining his strength.

Leaning forward and down a bit, Aphra tried to scoop up ASMODEUS by the scruff and set him in between her paws. He can wait on feeding for now; Hydrostatic and Angelembrace needed to get their strength up first.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:･ﾟ[/glow]

"i am here to serve" ✭ asmodeus ── he wrinkled his nose, feeling the tension in the air settle a bit before letting out a screech as he was harshly picked up, teeth digging into the thick fur on his neck. liftoff, then he was dropped between his mother's paws with an 'oof', narrowing his eyes and immediately retaliating, attempting to snag her fur and pull it in any direction before trying to get back to his feeding place. my food. mine.

Gods, this one was going to be a handfull wasn't it? Asmodeus had a loud screech as Aphra picked him up, causing her to wrinkle her nose in response to the noise. Not even a couple minutes old and the bugger was already trying to be a god damn problem. As Asmodeus started tugging at her fur, she lifted her paw to allow him to wriggle back over to her belly if he wanted to.
