It had been far too long since Firefly had called for assembly into the tavern.  Now, they had so many people that it almost felt like the old, crowded Tanglewood was back again.  It felt good.  It felt right.  With her new body, Firefly could once again keep up with her people and she didn't feel like such a fraud standing in front of them with her powerful form.  She felt okay again.

"In addition to our welcome-backs, I would like to make everyone aware that these 'resurrections' are happening all over!  I will be setting up meetings with the leaders of the Pitt, Typhoon, and the Coalition in order to discuss this.  In the meantime, please be kind to our returning members and lost souls.  I want to get them as easily adjusted as possible."

"Our flurry of new faces means that the other groups are probably growing too!  We have not had any issues with the greater Pitt or Coalition in some time so I am thinking of trying to repair relationships with them so we can at least see them as neutral neighbors.  Once I have met with Romulus and the new Ardent, I will update as needed.  For now, I'm thinking that we should start our ambassador program back up!  I am willing to offer our friendship to smaller groups as well at this time, so if any of you have family or friends in places outside the Big Four, feel free to ask about them!"

"On top of ambassadors, with everybody out and about, I definitely need to start thinking about getting some people to help me run this place in a smoother fashion.  For those who have been with me a long time, come see me.  Tanglewood needs stability and experience.  As far as our newbies and returners, I'll be keeping a sharp eye out for those who're really putting themselves out there!  You're all so super-duper so far, I bet it won't be long 'til we have a new to-be-Luminary out of any of you!"

⛥ there's talk going 'round this town ⛥

It was strange, coming back from the dead, truth be told. Though in her case, her death had been a lot more peaceful than anybody else's. When she'd been separated from Atbash and Vignere, the storm had nearly killed her with its fury and onslaught on a still-recovering small body. After that, she'd come across a band of Knights where she had fit in up until the day that she'd known her body would die. She'd said her goodbyes and left the group and another person that she loved, behind.

Death was never easy. For her, it had come from the surface healed injuries, where infection had reached to her bones and made every moment a twisted living agony. By the time death had found her, she'd been paralyzed from the pain in a small overhang of rock. Death had come slow then but at least death had given her peace. That was until she'd opened her eyes in this body, in the body of a multi-colored lioness. That had been a surprise but yet one she appreciated. She hadn't been ready to die when the calico body had died. She had things to do and places to see.

The fae were never dying, that much she remembered from her studies. The pure bloods were a different game altogether, they never died and rarely did they change bodies to keep up with their souls. The non royal blooded fae or non pure blooded, they all suffered through death at some point, they were just thought to never die. She could say that they died just as any mortal, for she had gone through it.

Sitting within the tavern's walls once again, her eyes roaming the facility as she listened to firefly, nodding to the komodo dragon at the front when her own name was called. "S'good to be back with all of your ugly mugs!", she called out warmly and affectioantely in response. A promotion ... something she had thought about in the past when Atbash had still been by her side. Inhaling and exhaling, a soft smile on the knight's maw. Ambassadors .... Atbash had been one in the past, a place she could reconnect with the missing perhaps? She would later offer herself as an Ambassador to the Coalition, she knew a face or two there, they'd given her medical aid in the past when Jormungand had thoroughly mauled her body. It would be the least she could do to offer a thank you and a communicative bridge to Tanglewood if she was accepted as one.

Word of mouth had lead the wyvern here, truth be told. If forced to search for it on his own, Corrupttimelines probably wouldn’t have been able to find the meeting place so easily. It was foreign land to him, a scape of vast swamps and damp unknown he had yet to venture forth. Nevertheless, all that mattered was that he had found the place. Treading as lightly as the scale bound feet could upon the surface, the wyvern would lumber near, eyes dancing upwards and landing upon them with dull and lackluster care. A leader he had not truly known? The dragonic being couldn’t say he was surprised very much. After all, he did haul himself up onto the shore out of nowhere one day with zero recollection of how he had ended up here in the first place. That isn’t exactly the best way to move into a new home. Whatever.

As his name is sprung out through the midst of a crowd, a dull smile transfers to his lips and he nods his large cranium in acknowledgement. Then, downward his nose flies. Being addressed formally would take some getting used to.

Descending from the sky as this gathering was called the lion landed with grace and poise. Naturally he would appear as elegant without much want for trying. He was curious as he had never been a part of something like this. Announcement and the like. Though he knew perhaps that it was necessary here. His name was called in welcome for being a part of Tanglewood's new faces and he allowed a small smirk upon his muzzle. Indeed and he did plan on staying g here for as long as he deemed necessary. Though he supposed learning these other groups would be a slight challenge but he was sure he would learn them. Though he knew that the whole ambassador thing was not in the cards for him. For lack of information and nothing else. He would not be making a fool out of himself just yet, if ever.

Taking a spot near the back he would listen with intrigue at the idea of earning positions within their ranking system. He was sure someone would enlighten him on the whole thing but for now he dipped his head. "I do appreciate the welcome Madam Firefly."
