PENDANT TRADITION GUIDE
TRADITION
Started by Starrynight in Ascendants, this is a tradition that was carried from the previous clan before they merged with Sunhaven to create Elysium. Members are simply expected to keep their necklaces somewhere for safe keeping for the duration of their time in Elysium so they may receive their proper beads accordingly. Beads are used to represent various check-points throughout a member's life as well as their current and past ranks; pendants are specific to each member and meant to say something about who they are.
TIMELINE
— Upon joining, following a new member being sworn, that member will receive their necklace and their first bead, which they may engrave with any image they'd like.
— After joining and after remaining a member for quite some time, members may earn various titles, each which are designated by a different bead. These are awarded during meetings and are meant to be strung upon the member's necklace.
TITLE BEADS
— Zodiac Titles: Various colors with gold engraving
— Odyssey Titles: Obsidian with gold engraving
— Quark Titles: Blue with gold engraving
PENDANTS FAQ
All pendants must be the same dull silver-grey metal, as a result of being crafted from the same meteorite shards as everyone else's. Pendants are meant to all be individual and different, but subtle similarities between pendants are allowed. Please check here first to make sure that no pendants are identical.
PENDANT REQUEST FORM
In order to receive your pendants and titles, make sure to use this request form. The qualifications for each type of pendent and titles can be found in Elysium's main guide. If you have any questions, feel free to post them in this thread or in the Discord. If you're applying for your base pendent, make sure to include a description of what your pendant looks like.
